Today is the release date for one of my most anticipated thrillers of 2021. I LOVED Without Sanction, and I can't wait to see how Don Bentley has outdone himself with the sequel!
It's funny how someone else's work can influence your own. Reading Matt Drake really helped me understand my Simon in ways I hadn't been able to unlock before. Don's writing is backed by his experience in the service, and it adds to the gut punch realism of his work. You feel every blow Matt takes and there were times I had to laugh bc, damn, I thought I was mean to my characters! Clearly, I need to up my game *evil grin*.
I think I'm going to grab the E-book and live-tweet my second date with Matt Drake while I wait for my copy to ship lol!
Absolutely buy this book. You will not regret it.
