Outside Man Review

I am stunned. Without Sanction was one of my favorite books of last year, but with Outside Man, Don Bentley scorched the earth and shattered my expectations. I could not put the book down. It opens explosively and just keeps pushing you until it takes you hostage and you finish it in one sitting like you have a gun to your head. Bentley’s visceral style had me gripping the cover with white knuckles, feeling every blow. I’m not exaggerating at all when I say this—Don Bentley is now my favorite thriller author. Period. I cannot wait for his Clancy debut!
